This vintage Porsgrund art tile from Norway features a distinctive Konrad Galaaen design of a ship and stars, a true Mid-Century Modern piece of art pottery. It is made of glazed ceramic/stoneware and comes in its original wooden frame with hanging wire. The tile measures approximately 8" x 8" and is generally in excellent vintage condition, though minor age-appropriate crazing may be present. We have noted that the back stamp indicates production in the year 1969. In overall good preowned condition with some minor imperfections, see photos, sold as is.
