Vintage Kanawha Glass Amberina Crackle Glass basket made during the 1960's in Dunbar, West Virginia. The basket is hand blown glass and measures 4 1/4" tall at the handle, 4" long and 3 1/2" wide. The round base is 1 3/4" diameter. The basket is orange/red that blends to yellow at the bottom with a yellow base. The handle is clear glass that has been applied. The body of that basket has a crackled pattern. The basket glows under a black light because of the manganese added to the glass to enhance its color. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
