This is a rare, stunning tile by Portland, OR artist Connie Kiener. Painted in Maiolica Style (In-glaze Italian tradition of painting on clay). Features a flower vase in the center with tulips. Signed on one side "Kiener '90". Octagon shape. Measures 6" x 6". Can be used as a tile or as a trivet. The plastic grips have come off but they can easily be replaced if wanting to use as a trivet.
