This unique art glass piece, I believe, is an inkwell paperweight. It is rough around the inside edge, leaving me to believe it had an inkwell top or stopper. It does have a couple of dings and some scratches. SEE PHOTOS It measures approximately 4.25" tall by 3" wide and weighs 2 pounds. There is a # sign on the bottom.
