This is a double sided Medusa glass head paperweight. I bought this years ago at an estate auction and never knew it has a flake on the underside of the winged hair section on one side. It is very hard to spot. See photo. Measures 4 1/8" by 4 1/8" by 2 3/8". Nice when light shines through the glass.
