The mark on the back of the item was used by Friedrich Eger & Co. Martinroda Germany between 1914 and 1972. There is a number incised in the bottom but we could not read it. Wonderful, extraordinary decoration with its scalloped gold rim and pierced (reticulated) vibrant cobalt blue sides around the scene in the plates middle, 3 nymphs and one nude angel in nature.
