This Avon bath oil bottles from the 1960's-70's and still has the bath oil in it! The seahorse shape is glass and the top of the bottle is a gold head that twists on and off. In my research, it did have Skin So Soft Bath oil in it and was noted on the paper label that would be on the bottom.
