Steuben Hand Blown Crystal Art Glass Loop Handled Bell. Lloyd Atkins Design #8139. 4.5" tall. In original Steuben felt cloth bag. Signed on the ground and polished bottom edge ISHS and dated 1987. I have never seen this mark before. If anyone has any info, I will be happy to add it to the listing. Very nice vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. SH at cost. No reserve, no returns.
