Reminiscent of Tiffany aurene art glass or Wedgwood Fairyland lustre ware, yes, 5 inch tall bulbous vase was made in the 1990s by a Potter named Rajett or possibly RA Jett embarrassing overall, iridescent, gold, green, and blue decoration.
