Vintage pink and white swirl pencil holder paperweight 1950-75. This is in good condition.. this art glass was made by several different makers. This is not signed that I can see. It has a natural bubble see it above in the photo.. it’s in good condition. No chips, cracks or repair repairs. It does glow a cool color under a 395 light, unsure of what it is
