From 1969 through 1977 Perthshire made a series of scattered millefiori paperweights designated as PP12 and PP13. All were dated. This one is dated 1976 and is on Pink lace so it is a PP13 (see pages 85 and 86 ofThe Complete Guide to Perthshire Paperweights by Mahoney/McClanahan).
