I’ve closely examined the base under angled LED lighting, and while I have provided high-resolution photos of the star-cut underside, I cannot locate a visible acid-etched signature. These 'ghost mark' signatures on mid-century Hawkes pieces were often quite faint and can be lost to decades of shelf wear or polishing.
