The piece as whole measures 13 1/4 inches high, the bowl is 13 1/2 inches in diameter, it is 6 inches wide across the bottom of the base. This fine example of late 19th century Victorian metal work, it features a trifid base with 3 winged cherubs all dancing around the center standard. The center standard is undulating and has a ring at the top to hold the cased glass basket bowl. The bowl is a pink and white cased glass with a bulbous body that is dimpled on the side and has a large ruffled rim. The bowl is hand painted with enamel flowers around it and highlighted with heavy applied gold highlights, it also has two large round medallions with cherubs at the center.
