Made in Italy Double Arrow Veined Marking Floral Decorative Pottery Vase

Specifications

This is for a 6.75" pottery vase that is Made in Italy and is 6.75" It is veined and appear to be hand painted. The opening is 2". It has double arrow marking on the bottom and the letter 'I.' I am uncertain what the markings stand for. There is what looks like a pottery piece stuck on the inside bottom of the vase, and there is a slight discoloration on the front under the lowest right leaf. Otherwise, it shows minor wear and is in good condition. Please enlarge the photos to get a better look at the item and its condition.
