This item is a vintage Joe St. Clair Native American Indian Chief Head toothpick holder, produced around the late 1960s to 1970s. I placed a small battery powered votive tea light in it because I thought it was cute. Lots of different uses other than toothpicks Great condition and nice coloring through the slag glass.
