It was a limited edition and is number 256 and dated on the bottom "2003". I believe the artist signature is VL Anderson who is Vicki L Anderson who started with Fenton in 1977. Crafted with pride by the skilled glass masters of Fenton, this decorative egg is handcrafted in French opalescent glass that has an iridized satin finish and a handpainted design.
