If an item arrives with damage that was not listed in the description, please take pictures of the item including any damage to packaging if applicable. This means that your items may arrive in a box with writing on it that does not apply to your product. We do offer a discount on shipping charges (if any) on most items when more than one item is purchased. When items are fragile and cannot be shipped in the same box we may not be able to give a discount.
