Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a gorgeous Ephraim Art Pottery vase with a deep green coloration and a frog-skin texture. The vase is decorated with a large sculpted dragonfly on one side and was designed and sculpted by the founder and owner of the Ephraim Pottery Studio, Kevin Hicks. The vase reflects the faint circular marks of hand-thrown pottery and has a texture and finish in the style of Grueby pottery. Mr. Hicks established his pottery studio about 20 years ago to continue to progress the designs and styles begun during the Arts & Crafts movement. The vase is marked with the Ephraim Faience Pottery trademark stamp and is marked with Kevin Hicks initials and his signature and is numbered "C 230". Measures 11 1/2" high, with a 1 1/8" diameter mouth, a 3 1/2" diameter base and an overall width of approximately 4 3/4". Weighs 3.5 pounds. This stunning vase is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws.
