Vintage hand painted ceramic Dutch shoe planter, made in Japan for Rubens Originals, Los Angeles. Possibly 1960's-1970's era. Nice size planter for air plants or succulents, the shoe stands 3.5" high x 7" long x 3.5" wide. 3.25" opening at the top. Appears to be hand painted and has blue floral and birds Delft style design painted around both sides. Planter is in good condition, except for a chip on the top rim on one side. See pic. Also wear around the unfinished bottom rim and a factory flaw in the finish on the back side.
