- Rare Blenko Hank Adams Urn Style Vase. - Made in Milton, West Virginia. - Measures about 12 1/4” tall and 8 1/2” wide in diameter. - Can be found in the 1992 catalog; featured on the front page. - Quality piece: Handblown, few imperfections (bubbles/inclusions), heavy. This piece does also glow under UV light. - There is little of this vase out there on the internet. A rather rare model; #9218. - Great condition: No chips or cracks. Few bubbles here and there.
