This auction is for a beautiful 1900-1919 antique Shafer & Vater German pottery vase, depicting a woman with a rake on one shoulder and a water jug in the other, with garlands of fruit around the top and a beautiful acanthus leaf design at the bottom of the vase. The colors are a tan with a darker bronze shade highlighting all the blown out details on the vase. Orange highlights her dress and the top rim and festoon handles and fruit garlands. Beautiful conition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This vase is 10 1/4" in height and about 4 1/2" across from the handle to handle. Very very detailed vase. PLEASE NOTE: Although all my jewelry listings will be marked that returns are not accepted (due to eBay's change of policy from 14 day returns to 30 days). If an item is damaged in shipment or there are any condition issues that I missed, please send me a note and a photograph. No returns will be accepted without a photograph.
