The listing is for a small, vintage 1930’s Nelson McCoy pottery planter with a unique design featuring what looks to me like bamboo leaves and hobnail details. Made in the United States during the 1930s- early 1940’s this round cream-colored planter stands at 3.25 inches tall and has a 3.25” diameter attached saucer. The McCoy brand is known for its quality pottery, and this original piece showcases the craftsmanship and style of the era. Perfect for displaying flowers, this planter adds a touch of retro charm to any home decor setting. Condition appears to be as made. It has a few manufacturing defects such as several flea bites around the rim that are all under the glaze and a good sized divot on the bottom of the saucer plus plenty of overall crazing.
