Amazing vintage Rosemeade North Dakota Pottery Standing Elephant Figurine with a pink glaze and the original sticker label. It is in great condition, with only a few small chips on the bottom of the front feet. Measures approximately 5” W x 5” H. Designed by Laura Taylor Hughes 1950s Made in the USA North Dakota Rosemeade Pottery was made in North Dakota. Laura Taylor designed many of the animals. This elephant has an Art Deco style to it.. There is no glaze on the bottom of the feet and you can see the beige colored Dakota This elephant is pictured in the book " Collectors Encyclopedia of Rosemeade Pottery". by Darlene Hurst Dommel, on page 123.
