Adorable (weighty) handmade clay animal figurines, likely hamsters or guinea pigs, with expressive faces and rustic folk art charm. Matching impressed "U" shaped maker marks on the base of each cutie. Approx 2.5 inches tall Sold together as a matching pair. Good vintage condition with age appropriate wear consistent with handmade pottery and artisan studio pieces.Two small abrasions noticed (see pics) but no major chips or cracks observed.
