This product is an original 8" Ruby Red glass vase with a silver overlay, made in the USA between 1938-1945 by Consolidated Lamp & Glass Company. The silver overlay of roses and foliage vines was most likely applied by Silver City Glass Company or Rockwell Silver Company.
