Royal Arden Hickman (1893-1969) was a celebrated industrial designer best known for his influential Art Deco and Midcentury Modern ceramic and artware designs. He is most widely known for his tenure as the chief designer for Haeger Potteries in Dundee, Illinois (1934-1944), where he established the highly-successful "Royal Haeger" line.
